Coordination office

  • The Coordination office is accountable to the secretary¬† of the Executive committee
  • Represent the forum in meetings when the chair or deputy chair persons are not able to attend, Represents the Executive chair, deputy or secretary in their absence.
  • Prepares and presents progress reports to the Executive Committee members
  • Gathers and shares pertinent information and documents, including minutes of meetings, with the Executive Committee and members.
  • Prepares Plan and budget to the Executive Committee of the forum and upon approval implements
  • Initiate, facilitate/coordinate situational analysis in the Higher Education Institutions the result of which will serve as a source of information to develop intervention¬† plans against the pandemic
  • Initiate/facilitate and lead the development of strategic plan
  • Perform other activities as per the directives of the Chair /Deputy Chair of the Executive Committee ,etc
